So in case I forget, we're going to talk to Rev. Dawn about putting together a Christmas concert/service for December, likely the last week of December before Christmas. We're going to try to teach 6-8 carols, ideally an original arrangement from each of us in addition to "standards". It could be cool to add body percussion to some of them, etc.
I'm thinking of doing The Virgin Mary Had a Baby Boy (calypso-esque) and O Come Emmanuel.
